Every user gets a unique One ID and personal QR code. Scan any QR code to request official documents from that user. The recipient gets real-time notifications and approves or rejects each document with complete privacy.

Cryptographically secure tokens link to public request pages. No private database IDs or document numbers are ever exposed.
1 Request / Day Limit
Enforced strictly server-side & database-side for both authenticated users and anonymous visitors to prevent spam and abuse.

Normal user portal and Administrator console with isolated authentication, password_hash, CSRF tokens, and role security.
